Job Summary:
Dayananda Sagar University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager International Affairs to lead strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing DSUs global brand presence and driving international student recruitment. The role will focus on developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, institutional, and partner channels to attract international students, strengthen global partnerships, and support the Universitys internationalization goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Branding
- Develop and implement a comprehensive international marketing strategy aligned with DSUs global vision and enrollment targets.
- Strengthen DSUs international brand positioning across key recruitment markets.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internationalfacing platforms and materials.
International Student Recruitment Marketing
- Plan and execute region-specific marketing campaigns (Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe, etc.) to attract international students.
- Support recruitment through digital lead-generation campaigns, education fairs, webinars, virtual open days, and institutional partnerships.
- Collaborate with admissions and international relations teams to meet enrollment goals.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with overseas agents, academic partners, and marketing vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
- Represent DSU at international education fairs, roadshows, conferences, and partner meetings.
- Support development of marketing collaterals for MoUs, dual degrees, exchange programs, and global collaborations.
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with internal marketing teams and external agencies.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor performance to ensure optimal ROI.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all marketing communications comply with university guidelines and international education regulations.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present outcomes to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Masters degree in Marketing, International Business, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- 79 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in higher education, international education, EdTech, or global B2C/ B2B marketing.
- Proven experience in international student recruitment marketing or global brand marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and lead management processes.
- Experience working with multicultural teams and international stakeholders.
