Role Overview

Were seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager with 35 years of experience in growing D2C fashion brands. You will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, offline), build strong brand presence, scale customer acquisition and retention across all channels, and lead growth initiatives end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Own and steer overall marketing strategy for brand awareness, customer acquisition & retention

Lead campaigns across ATL & BTL channels (TV/radio, hoardings, outdoor media, sampling & events)

Strategize, launch, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook), Google Ads , and ecommerce marketplace ads (e.g., Amazon ads, Myntra/Flipkart paid placements)

Deeply understand ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, and other key D2C metrics

Plan & execute influencer & creator collaborations (macro to micro) that drive community engagement and conversions

Work closely with creative, content, social media & operations teams to ensure on-brand executions

Build external agency/partner relationships where required

Analyze campaign performance, optimize spend & scale profitable channels

Ideal Candidate

35 years of experience in D2C fashion/apparel marketing

Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and marketplace advertisements

Strong experience in both ATL & BTL execution

Data-driven, performance-oriented with strong analytical skills

Excellent communication, project management & team collaboration

A passion for fashion, brand storytelling & customer experience
