To support our continued growth in this key region, we are recruiting a Marketing Manager to oversee and deliver the local adaptation of global brand edge, channel and consumer strategy to drive a profitable and sustainable retail franchise business in India. As a Brand Marketing Manager , youll define and deliver the local adaptation of our global brand edge, channel and consumer strategy to drive a profitable and sustainable retail franchise business in India. This is your opportunity to adapt our global brand edge to local consumer needs, drive impactful marketing strategies, and build strong partnerships that make Costa Coffee the nations favourite coffee brand.


What youll do

Being a Marketing Manager means youll:


  • Develop and execute Costa Indias annual marketing plan aligned with global strategy
  • Drive consumer-centric campaigns to build brand love and loyalty
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) across channels and manage agencies
  • Support franchise partners with local store marketing and new store openings
  • Design and deliver digital marketing assets and innovative F&B product launches


Who you are

  • An expert with at least 5 years experience in brand and marketing within F&B retail franchise business.
  • A visionary who can translate global strategy into locally relevant activations.
  • A communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Passionate about coffee and deeply connected to the Indian market.
