Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Key tasks include overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, working with cross-functional teams, and driving brand growth. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing marketing processes to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Marketing Strategy, and Campaign Management
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Content Marketing
• Experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Performance Metrics Tracking
• Excellent Communication Skills and Team Leadership Abilities
• Demonstrated knowledge of Budget Management and Cost Optimization
• Previous experience in a marketing leadership role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
