Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a high-energy, strategically-minded Marketing & Business Development Manager to help us bring the brand to more homes, cafes, and corporate spaces across India. The Marketing & Business Development Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, drive brand strategy, analyze market trends, and identify and secure new business opportunities, including B2B partnerships with premium cafes, boutique hotels, organic grocers, and corporate gifting accounts. Daily responsibilities will include monitoring brand performance, managing marketing efforts for lead generation and business growth, and leading the marketing team to achieve measurable results for the companys products. Additionally, collaboration with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing goals and sales objectives, develop innovative initiatives to enhance brand visibility, and manage budgets effectively.

You will be the bridge between our brands story and the market, tasked with identifying new growth channels while ensuring our existing community feels deeply connected to our mission.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Marketing Strategy, Lead Generation, Branding, and FMCG Marketing
• Proficient in Team Leadership, Business Development, and Collaborative Project Management within the FMCG sector.
• Skills in Market Research, Data Analytics, and Competitor Analysis
• Prior experience in the FMCG sector is a compulsory criterion, while experience in the tea/coffee or organic products sector is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in the tea/organic products industry is an advantage
• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
