Job description:
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager with strong brand-building expertise to lead our brand development, market positioning, and competitive differentiation. This is a full-time onsite role , ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to build a strong B2B SaaS brand from the ground up.
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy aligned with company vision and growth goals.
- Own and refine brand identity, messaging architecture, tone of voice, and visual guidelines.
- Conduct competitor analysis and category benchmarking to sharpen positioning and uncover brand opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across product, sales, marketing, website, and all customer-facing channels.
- Plan and execute integrated, brand-led marketing campaigns that elevate awareness and preference.
- Work closely with content, design, product marketing, and sales teams to bring brand narratives to life.
- Ensure consistent brand communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop the content strategy that supports storytelling through case studies, blogs, videos, webinars, and whitepapers.
- Drive thought-leadership initiatives to position the company as an industry influencer.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.
- Act as the guardian of brand guidelines within the organization.
- Conduct brand training sessions and ensure teams adopt the brand identity effectively.
- Support internal brand culture initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
- Lead customer, market, and competitor research to analyze brand perception and messaging effectiveness.
- Track competitor strategies, content, and campaigns, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for differentiation, category creation, or improved positioning.
- Plan and manage participation in industry events, conferences, and brand-building sponsorships.
- Develop community engagement and partnership programs to strengthen brand presence.
- 36 years of experience in brand marketing , product marketing , or strategic marketing , ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, positioning, and competitor analysis .
- Demonstrated experience in managing integrated, multi-channel brand campaigns (beyond just digital).
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management abilities and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate in a team-driven environment.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- Familiarity with product marketing frameworks (personas, positioning, value propositions).
- Exposure to demand generation approaches.
- Experience working closely with creative and design teams.
