Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and emerging channels. This role focuses on conversion, CPA, ROAS, and revenue growth primarily for high-volume B2C campaigns in the US market (E-commerce & Lead Gen).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own ROI, CPA, ROAS, and revenue growth across paid channels
  • Plan, execute, and scale conversion-focused Meta & Google Ads campaigns
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve funnels, creatives, and offers
  • Use AI tools for audience discovery, creative testing, optimization, and insights
  • Ensure accurate tracking & attribution (GA4, Pixels, CAPI, GTM)
  • Run structured A/B tests and act fast on learnings
  • Share clear performance insights, not just reports



What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years in Performance / Growth / Paid Media marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Proven record of ROI-positive B2C or E-commerce campaigns
  • Experience running US market campaigns
  • Highly data-driven, proactive, and outcome-focused
  • Comfortable using AI, automation, and experimentation to drive results



Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, subscriptions, or telecom
  • CRO, landing page optimization, or call-conversion experience
  • Email Marketing Execution
