Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and increase market presence.
• Lead Generation: Generate quality leads through digital marketing channels, property portals, social media campaigns, and offline promotions.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, project launches, exhibitions, and promotional events to drive customer engagement.
• Branding & Brand Positioning: Strengthen brand identity through consistent messaging, visual branding, brochures, hoardings, and marketing collateral.
• Digital Marketing Management: Oversee website, social media platforms, online ads, and monitor campaign performance to improve lead generation.
• Market Research & Sales Coordination: Analyze market trends and competitor activities, while coordinating with the sales team to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
