Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai.

Experience Required: Must have 5 to 10 years of experience in Interior Fitouts/Civil/Real Estate

Key Responsibilities: Will be responsible for planning and tracking the budget of their entire department, one segment, or an individual marketing campaign.

1. Developing marketing strategies: Create and implement marketing plans, policies, and strategies to help achieve business goals. This includes identifying new markets and developing plans to enter them.
2. Managing marketing campaigns: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including planning promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing.
3. Analysing performance: Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and optimize to ensure a ROI.
4. Creating content: Develop and manage content and promotional material for use over a variety of channels. This includes creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels.
5. Communicating with stakeholders: Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding marketing campaigns. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.
6. Managing budgets: Plan a budget, evaluate campaign expenditure and estimate potential sales.
7. Leading a team: Direct the hiring and daily activities of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff.
8. Researching: Initiate market research studies and analyse their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses.
9. Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing or related field.

Desired Skills:

1. Must have strong technical and leadership skills,
2. Must have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organization and time management skills
3. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
