About The Role

ARCH College of Design & Business is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager On-Ground & Digital to plan and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that directly engage students, parents, schools, and communities.

This role blends on-ground execution with digital coordination , focusing on education fairs, school outreach, workshops, open houses, campus tours, and localized campaignswhile driving visibility, engagement, and admissions growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing events, fairs, workshops, open houses, and activations
• Lead regional outreach initiatives across Rajasthan with strong local market understanding
• Manage event logistics, vendors, permissions, and budgets end-to-end
• Develop creative concepts for student, parent, and community engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams for digital promotion, visibility, and lead support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, consultants, and partners
• Travel as required to manage outreach projects and campaigns
• Represent ARCH as a brand ambassador at public platforms and education forums
• Support admissions by driving footfall, inquiries, and lead conversions

Ideal Candidate

• 57 years of experience in on-ground marketing, activations, or integrated campaigns
• In-depth understanding of the Rajasthan education market
• Strong network with schools, colleges, consultants, and education stakeholders
• Open to travel and capable of leading projects independently
• Experience in driving admissions, inquiries, or enrollment support
• Strong communication skills; confident, presentable, and people-oriented
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
