This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager position based in New Delhi. The Marketing Manager will strategize, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns to effectively promote Aoki's electric bicycles and enhance brand presence. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing trends and performance metrics, managing content creation for online and offline platforms, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing social media and digital advertising campaigns. The Marketing Manager will also monitor campaign effectiveness and ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing
• Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Trend Forecasting
• Proven ability to create and implement Marketing Strategies and Brand Positioning
• Experience in Content Creation, including Copywriting, Editing, and Creative Production
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with marketing tools, SEO/SEM, and analytics platforms is highly desirable
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role or working within the mobility sector is a plus
