This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager and General Manager Hotel Operations at a three-star hotel near Bengaluru International Airport. The role includes overseeing daily hotel operations, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing customer relations, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Responsibilities encompass team management, budgeting, financial performance analysis, maintaining guest satisfaction, and collaborating with various departments to optimize overall hotel performance.
