In this role, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing high
- impact events that showcase the value of Amazon Ads to advertisers, agencies, and industry leaders.
You will work closely with cross
- functional teams to deliver immersive brand experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and growth for Amazon Ads.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with Amazon Ads’ business goals, ensuring seamless integration with overall marketing campaigns.
- Lead the end
- to
- end planning, logistics, and execution of events, including industry conferences, trade shows, product launches, customer workshops, and bespoke events.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, creative, and PR) to align messaging and maximize event impact.
- Manage vendor relationships, including event agencies, production teams, and other external partners.
- Develop event content in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring high
- quality presentations, panels, and experiences.
- Measure event performance against defined KPIs, leveraging data to inform continuous improvement.
- Oversee budget planning, tracking, and cost management for all events.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s brand guidelines and standards across all event
- related assets.
- Identify and innovate with new formats, technologies, and trends to elevate the event experience.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional non
- internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross
- functional marketing and creative teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi
- territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- 5+ years of professional non
- internship marketing experience
