About the Role

Franpos is the leading cloud POS and operating system for the pet industry. We are looking for a marketing manager who can strengthen our brand, create high-impact campaigns, and support sales with materials that clearly communicate Franpos value to retailers, groomers, and daycare operators.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing content for website, email, sales decks, trade shows, and social.
• Build campaigns that highlight core features: POS, eCommerce, AI tools, SpotMeCash, inventory, grooming, and booking.
• Manage trade show presence (SuperZoo, Global Pet Expo, regional shows).
• Work closely with the sales team to create one-pagers, brochures, case studies, and pitch materials.
• Plan and execute email marketing, SMS campaigns, and nurturing workflows.
• Manage social media content, video snippets, and customer success stories.
• Track performance of campaigns and optimize based on data.
• Collaborate with product team to simplify complex features into clear customer-focused messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS or retail technology marketing.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience with email automation, CRM, and social platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiar with trade shows and event coordination.
• Bonus: experience in the pet industry or with POS/eCommerce products.
