Role Overview
Were looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Growth & Demand Generation team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes paid media, understands full-funnel measurement, and can independently manage high-impact digital campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms .
Youll be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads, MQLs, and pipeline for global markets.
What Were Looking For
- 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing or performance marketing (SaaS preferred).
- Strong experience running paid campaigns on: LinkedIn Campaign Manager (must-have) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta / Programmatic platforms (good to have).
- Proven ability to manage complete campaign cycles - audience selection, ad setup, A/B testing, budgeting, optimization.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and funnel attribution.
- Experience generating measurable results (leads, MQLs, pipeline influence).
- Analytical mindset with experience in dashboards, BI tools, and campaign reporting.
- Strong coordination skills able to work with content, design, sales, and product teams.
- Exposure to MarTech and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Demandbase) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and run performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels to generate qualified demand.
- Own campaign setup, targeting, ad copy, creatives , and A/B tests for continuous optimization.
- Build audience segments and persona-driven targeting strategies for domestic and global markets.
- Collaborate with design & content teams to create compelling ads, landing pages, and funnel assets.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to improve CTR, reduce CPL, and improve funnel conversions.
- Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and ROI measurement.
- Produce campaign insights, dashboards, and reports for marketing and leadership teams.
- Keep pace with digital marketing trends, new ad formats, and best practices across platforms.
