Marketing Management Trainee

Overview: BHIVE is building a dedicated Community Team to drive relationships, signature experiences, and member advocacy across all stakeholders members, investors, employees, and the wider startup ecosystem. As a Management Trainee Community & Events , you will support planning and execution of BHIVE's flagship events, day-to-day community engagement, and on-ground member experience. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to BHIVE's leadership and a fast-track path into Community Management or Marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Execution & Planning:

• Support planning and execution of signature events: IPL parties, Diwali celebrations, investor dinners, CXO dinners, and sports tournaments (Pickleball, Cricket, Chess, endurance events, etc.)
• Coordinate logistics for events: venue readiness, vendor coordination, F&B, invites, registration, check-ins, and on-ground experience
• Drive regular community activities smaller monthly events, themed gatherings, and internal engagement for employees and ex-employees

Member Relationship & Recognition:

• Build personal relationships with top 100 members learn names/faces, ensure they feel recognized and taken care of at all events
• Assist in building and running the Engagement Grid who is invited to which events across members, ex-members, investors, champions, startup ecosystem and extended network

Data & Feedback:

• Track event attendance, maintain basic dashboards, and ensure feedback forms are rolled out after every event
• Capture photos, anecdotes, and micro-stories from events to feed into marketing, social media, and internal storytelling

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Community Lead, Events Coordinator, BTL/Community Specialist, and Community Concierge on WhatsApp communication, reminders, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams on community strategy alignment
