Marketing Management Trainee

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Management Trainee to support our Category Management team. The role involves data analysis, vendor coordination, inventory support, and helping drive category growth through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in category planning, pricing, and assortment decisions
• Analyze sales, margins, stock levels, and market trends
• Coordinate with vendors for sourcing, negotiation, and replenishment
• Support promotional planning and merchandising activities
• Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain)

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM (Marketing, Retail, Operations, or related fields)
• Strong analytical & Excel skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Eager to learn and take ownership
