Job Summary:

THW The Healthy World (by Naturaliv Foods Pvt. Ltd.) is a farm-to-fork organic food startup delivering A2 dairy, organic fruits & vegetables, and preservative-free food. We are building a trust-led food brand, focused on purity, traceability, sustainability, and long-term impact.


Key Responsibilities:


Personally drive and review:

  • Meta & Google Ads
  • WhatsApp and CRM-led campaigns
  • App / website funnels and landing pages
  • Ensure low CAC, strong conversion, and repeat orders
  • Coordinate closely with ops, sales, and customer support


Streamline and optimize existing tools:

  • Ad platforms
  • CRM / WhatsApp tools
  • Analytics dashboards
  • Set clear SOPs, workflows, and reporting structures
  • Ensure marketing is process-driven, not person-dependent


Track and analyze:

  • CAC, LTV, ROAS
  • Retention, churn, repeat rate
  • Channel-wise performance
  • Build simple, actionable dashboards
  • Take decisions based on data, not assumptions


Brand & Content Direction:

  • Translate THWs USPs into clear, honest messaging
  • Ensure brand communication builds long-term trust
  • Work with internal and external teams on content quality


Manage:

  • In-house designer
  • Interns and freelancers
  • Build accountability, clarity, and learning culture
  • Scale the team only after results justify it


Support the founder during fundraising by:

  • Providing clear traction data
  • Improving marketing narratives and metrics
  • Helping build investor confidence through execution


Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

  • 4-8 Years of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools like Zoho, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong skills in analytics, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and sustainable living.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
