Role Overview

We are looking for aMarketing Headwho will drive the lead generation and brand development for Network FP. This role will be responsible for building and executing marketing strategies that attract financial advisors to the platform and convert them into engaged members and certification candidates. The Marketing Head will work closely with theFounder and leadership team, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to drive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a highly efficient and results driven marketing team

Plan and execute marketing and lead generation campaigns

Manage digital marketing channels

Strengthen thebrand visibility and thought leadership

Work with content and creative teams to producehigh-quality content

Manage marketing funnels includinglead generation, nurturing and conversion

Coordinate with external agencies forperformance marketing, SEO and PR

Support marketing for key programs and events

Build and manage a highly efficient and results driven marketing team

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured through:

Growth inUsers on the Network FP platform

Increase inMembership enrolments

Increase inCertification applications

Growth inwebsite traffic and brand reach

Performance of marketing campaigns

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has5+ years of marketing experience

Has experience indigital marketing, growth marketing or lead generation

Understandsmarketing funnels and campaign performance tracking

Can combinestrategic thinking with hands-on execution

Has experience ineducation, fintech, communities
