What Youll Do

• Plan and execute the content strategy across website, social media, newsletters, and press outreach
• Design and lead integrated digital campaigns (Meta, Google, Email)
• Shape CRM and lifecycle marketing across email, WhatsApp, and SMS with automated journeys that nurture, convert, and retain customers at every stage.
• Align quarterly marketing planning and content calendars across departments.
• Track and report on key metrics (ROAS, CTR, engagement, conversions), delivering data-driven insights on budgets, campaign results, content calendars, and performance data
• Build and maintain press and influencer relationships, lead outreach and PR strategy
• Facilitate offline partnerships, collaborations and in-store events
• Youll use AI tools thoughtfully to enhance content creation, campaign optimisation, and marketing efficiency.

What You're Bringing

• 35 years of midlevel marketing experience, ideally in luxury ecommerce or luxury retail in India
• Strong digital marketing expertise (including paid media, content, SEO/SEM)
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel, with strong numeracy and ability to track budgets and performance metrics
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (email platforms, WhatsApp marketing, cart recovery tools, analytics dashboards)
• Clear understanding of luxury aesthetics and brand language i.e visual language, tone, typography, and storytelling
• Experience with press, PR, and influencer marketing
• Highly organised, analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
