Role Overview
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing operations for the APAC region. This role requires a hands-on marketer who can manage execution, coordinate with vendors, oversee social media, and support campaigns while also managing a small team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute day-to-day marketing activities across the APAC region
- Own social media planning, coordination, posting schedules, and basic performance tracking
- Coordinate with and manage external vendors (design agencies, digital partners, event vendors, etc.)
- Support execution of marketing campaigns including employer branding, sales enablement, internal communications, and events
- Manage and guide junior team members, ensuring clear task allocation and timely delivery
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, recruitment, leadership, and HR
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs and communications
- Track execution timelines and follow through on deliverables across multiple initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 34 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, staffing, IT services, or agency environments
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Experience working with vendors and managing external partners
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, content, and campaign execution
- Prior experience in managing or mentoring junior team members
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
