Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to drive end-to-end marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead marketing campaigns, manage teams, and work closely with sales and leadership to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead brand building, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid ads)
• Drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
• Manage and mentor the marketing team and external agencies
• Track marketing performance using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams for integrated campaigns
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and branding
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
• Experience in B2B/B2C marketing (based on business need)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business
• Experience in scaling brands or high-growth organizations
• Exposure to global or multi-market campaigns
