Job Title: Marketing Lead, Strategy and Execution
Location: Chennai (On-site)
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead who can own, drive, and execute our marketing efforts end-to-end. This role is for someone who thinks strategically, acts decisively, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
This is not a coordination-only or delegation-heavy role. You will be responsible for shaping marketing strategy and ensuring its execution across digital, content, performance marketing, partnerships, and on-ground initiatives.
You will work closely with leadership and take full ownership of marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Define and drive the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Identify the right mix of channels: digital, performance, content, partnerships, events, and offline
Plan campaigns for launches, events, festivals, and seasonal initiatives
Set quarterly priorities, budgets, and measurable KPIs
Execution
Personally plan and oversee campaigns across Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
Review and refine creatives, captions, ad copies, and campaign messaging
Step in to execute when needed from fixing a reel to reworking a campaign structure
Ensure timely delivery and quality across all marketing outputs
Ensure the website is always updated with the latest information, events, offerings, pricing (where applicable), and visuals
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand quality across all marketing touchpoints
Track performance, analyze results, and optimise campaigns continuously
Team & Vendor Leadership
Work closely with designers, videographers, freelancers, and agencies
Provide clear briefs and constructive feedback
Ensure accountability, timelines, and quality.
Build simple systems and processes to scale marketing efforts sustainably
Performance & Growth
Own lead generation and revenue-driven metrics
Monitor campaign performance and ROI
Use data to make decisions, test ideas, and iterate fast
Identify new growth opportunities and channels
What Were Looking For
Experience
612 years of marketing experience
Proven experience driving both strategy and execution
Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, events, real estate, or consumer brands is a strong plus
Skills & Mindset
Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
Excellent communication and briefing skills
High ownership mindset takes responsibility, not excuses
Able to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
