Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to own Resolutes overall marketing strategy and execution. This role is responsible for ideation, go-to-market strategy, channel planning, ROI tracking, and cross-functional coordination , ensuring that marketing efforts are data-driven, outcome-focused, and tightly aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Define and own the overall marketing strategy aligned to business and growth objectives
- Develop integrated marketing plans across digital, performance, partnerships, content, and offline channels
- Identify high-impact marketing ideas, experiments, and campaigns based on market and customer insights
- Build short-term and long-term marketing roadmaps with clear success metrics
2. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
- Own and drive end-to-end GTM strategy for new products, programs, offerings, and market expansions
- Define target segments, positioning, messaging, pricing inputs, and launch plans in collaboration with product, sales, and clinical teams
- Design and execute launch frameworks including pre-launch validation, pilot rollouts, and post-launch optimization
- Ensure GTM plans are tightly aligned with revenue targets, sales enablement, and customer acquisition goals
3. Channel Research & Optimization
- Research, evaluate, and select appropriate marketing channels based on target audience and business goals
- Test and scale channels such as performance marketing, partnerships, communities, referrals, influencers, and enterprise outreach (as relevant)
- Continuously assess channel effectiveness and optimize spend, effort, and conversion performance
4. ROI, Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Define KPIs and success metrics for all marketing and GTM initiatives
- Track ROI, CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, launch performance, and campaign effectiveness
- Present clear performance reports and actionable insights to leadership
- Use data to iterate, stop, scale, or redesign marketing and GTM initiatives
5. Agency & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for creative, performance, content, PR, or media buying
- Translate marketing and GTM objectives into clear, actionable briefs for agencies
- Ensure timely execution, quality output, and alignment with business goals
- Manage agency budgets, timelines, and deliverables
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, growth, product, clinical, and operations teams to align messaging and execution
- Support GTM motions by enabling sales teams with positioning, narratives, and launch assets
- Act as the central point of ownership for all marketing and GTM initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
- Strong experience in marketing strategy, GTM planning, channel strategy, and performance measurement
- Proven track record of driving ROI-led marketing and successful product/service launches
- Hands-on experience working with external agencies and vendors
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to operate at both strategic leadership and execution-oversight levels
Preferred Background
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or D2C ecosystems
- Exposure to both B2C and B2B GTM motions
- Experience scaling marketing and GTM functions in high-growth environments
