The Role

We are seeking aMarketing Lead (India) to lead our marketing strategy and execution across all products and the overarching Aauti brand. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, lead generation, and brand impact while managing a talented team of marketing associates in India.

This is a high-impact leadership position where you will collaborate directly with company leadership and external partners, including PR and marketing agencies, to deliver world-class campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and executemarketing strategies for all products and the overall brand.
• Lead and mentor ateam of marketing associates in India .
• Driverevenue-focused marketing initiatives including demand generation, pipeline growth, and retention campaigns.
• Overseebrand building, storytelling, and positioning across digital, events, and PR.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing plans with company goals.
• Manage and coordinate withexternal marketing firms and PR agencies for impactful campaigns.
• Establish and trackKPIs to measure performance and optimize strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 1+ years in aleadership role .
• Proven success indeveloping and scaling marketing strategies across multiple products or brands.
• Strong background inlead generation, digital marketing, and brand management .
• Experience managing and mentoringmarketing teams .
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and external partners.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience working with PR/marketing agencies.
• MBA/Marketing specialization is required.
