About the Role

We are a premium luxury banqueting and catering business in Mumbai, known for high-end events, bespoke experiences, and exceptional service. We are looking for a Marketing Lead to drive brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and strengthen our positioning in the luxury events market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for luxury banqueting and catering services
• Lead brand communication across digital, print, PR, and on-ground marketing
• Drive lead generation for weddings, corporate events, and high-end social events
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, performance marketing, website content, and SEO
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing with business goals
• Plan and execute campaigns, partnerships, and event promotions
• Monitor marketing performance, budgets, and ROI

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and communication
• Prior experience in catering, banqueting, hospitality, or luxury events is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of luxury branding and premium customer segments
• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
