Marketing Intern

Source Asia is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts across digital, social media, content, and branding initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to help build awareness, generate engagement, and drive growth for our supply chain and industrial technology solutions

Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Execution

Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social media).

Support campaign performance tracking and provide insights for optimization.

Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver high-quality creatives.

Content & Communication

Create engaging marketing content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and website updates.

Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Help maintain Source Asias online presence with relevant updates and creative assets.

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Compile and analyze marketing metrics to inform decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with internal teams (product, sales, operations) to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Assist with planning and coordination of events, webinars, and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms .

Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.

Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Experience with tools like Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, Canva/graphic tools is a plus.
