About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and result-oriented Marketing Intern for a 2-month on-site internship in Gurugram. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, LinkedIn marketing, and on-ground brand activations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with occasional travel for events, campaigns, and field marketing initiatives, and should be eager to contribute to both online and offline brand growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline

* Manage and support social media platforms, especially LinkedIn marketing for brand awareness

* Create, schedule, and publish engaging LinkedIn posts aligned with brand strategy

* Assist in creating short marketing videos, reels, and visual content for digital platforms

* Support performance marketing campaigns including ad boosting and tracking

* Contribute to SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance monitoring

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis

* Travel locally for events, partnerships, exhibitions, and promotional activities

* Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for campaign execution

* Assist in lead generation and maintain marketing databases

* Prepare campaign performance reports, dashboards, and presentations

Skills & Qualifications

* MBA (Marketing preferred) or Graduate in Marketing / Business / Related field

* Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Ad Boosting & SEO

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Comfortable being involved in content creation (posts, captions, short videos)

* Willingness to travel for field marketing activities

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn
