Job Description

Role Summary

Store-level planning and drive footfalls to achieve budgeted sales through the deployment of marketing communication (internal and external).


Key Responsibilities

1. Store & Market Visit & Campaign Management

  • Execute campaign communication on time as per the monthly schedule.
  • Analyze customer trends across all stores and share weekly reports.
  • Engage with random customers to understand shopping behavior, requirements, and provide excellent support.
  • Understand customers geographical presence and assess brand awareness (Cultsport).

2. Activation & Responsibility

  • Ensure timely and effective implementation of the activation calendar aligned with short-term and long-term brand goals.
  • Support the Marketing Team in planning store and mall yearly 360 branding and visibility.
  • Analyze footfalls, derive strategies for individual stores, and drive promotions to achieve budgeted sales and address drops in sales.
  • Coordinate daily with store & operations teams for growth planning, degrowth analysis, and action planning.
  • Ensure proper execution of internal (collaterals, audio stream, in-store TV, store windows) and external (mall, outdoor, electronic, SMS, print, radio) communications.
  • Identify under-performing stores and implement agreed marketing interventions for course correction (weekly & monthly).
  • Ideate and execute initiatives to increase store footfalls and market visibility.
  • Monitor brand assets (weekly & monthly).
  • Work closely with regional cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives.

3. New Store Launch

  • Follow SOPs and checklist for new store launches.
  • Visit store location & catchment area and share observations with the Marketing Team.
  • Ensure agreed launch plan is deployed (in-store branding and marketing activities).
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing elements as per guidelines.
  • Work on best-in-mall and outside-mall 360 brand visibility.
  • Implement marketing activities for new stores until the store achieves the desired budget.

4. Vendor Management

  • Work with the right vendors and follow SOPs within stipulated costs for all requirements and promotions.
  • Ensure vendors adhere to timelines and timely submission of estimates.
  • Ensure timely processing of bills/POs/payments.

5. Market Focus & Competitor Analysis

  • Understand market trends including customer insights, competition activity, and performance.

6. Daily & Weekly Reporting Structure

  • Visit stores 4 days a week (plan weekly roster accordingly).
  • Use GPS-enabled app for daily in & out while visiting stores.
  • Adhere to guidelines to track growth and performance.
  • Report any challenges on the same day/time.
