We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand positioning, client acquisition, and marketing initiatives for our PR agency. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, strengthen agency visibility, and support revenue growth.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the PR agencys services
• Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, networking, and partnerships
• Manage the agencys brand positioning and communication strategy
• Oversee website, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns
• Plan and execute events, webinars, and industry collaborations
• Coordinate with PR and creative teams for marketing materials
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Identify new market opportunities and industry trends
• Support the business development team in pitching and proposal creation
• Manage marketing budgets effectively

• Strong understanding of branding and PR industry
• Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, social media, performance marketing)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Lead generation and client acquisition experience
• Strategic thinking and execution ability
