Job Summary:

Lead the marketing function for the Generics Therapy portfolio, driving strategic brand planning, market development, and business growth through effective product positioning and promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Generics portfolio.
• Drive portfolio performance through lifecycle management and new product launches.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage budgets, campaigns, and marketing communication plans.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team for performance excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1015 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with strong exposure to Generics.
• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
