Role Description

Were building the next phase of growth at The Jaipur Studio (womens ethnic wear rooted in Indian heritage prints, designed for today).

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Fashion Marketing & Growth Specialist. The specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies, analyze industry trends, and manage promotional campaigns. Responsibilities include overseeing both digital and offline marketing efforts, identifying growth opportunities, and building brand visibility.

What youll own

• Marketplace growth end-to-end: onboarding + setup + scaling on platforms like Myntra / Ajio / Amazon / Flipkart / Nykaa Fashion (as relevant)
• Performance marketing: plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta + Google
• Product & catalog readiness: coordinate catalog, pricing, creatives, listings, and promos for marketplace traction
• Reporting & insights: build dashboards, track ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, MER, contribution margin , and take decisions backed by numbers
• Growth experiments: run structured tests (creatives, offers, audiences, landing pages) to improve conversion & profitability
• Agency/vendor management (if needed): ensure strong execution and accountability
