Marketing & Growth Associate (Startup Generalist)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Execution

• Manage day-to-day posting on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories
• Write captions and upload content
• Track basic engagement metrics

2. Content Creation Support

• Create quick creatives using Canva
• Assist with Reel editing / short video edits
• Format images and creatives for ads and social media
• Support campaign shoots and content planning

3. Campaign Execution

• Execute marketing campaigns across platforms
• Assist with launching Meta ads or uploading creatives
• Coordinate product launches, offers, and promotions
• Ensure campaigns go live on time

4. Retention Marketing Support

• Help execute email and WhatsApp campaigns
• Upload campaigns on platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Assist with basic segmentation and flows

5. Website & Marketplace Updates

• Upload products, banners, or offers on the website
• Assist with Amazon / marketplace listing updates
• Ensure landing pages are updated during campaigns

6. Influencer & Collaboration Coordination

• Help identify creators
• Coordinate product shipments and briefs
• Track influencer content and reposts
