As a Performance Marketing Specialist with Amazon Seller Services India, you will play a pivotal role in creating paid
- media strategies to onboard new sellers.
The ideal candidate will possess hands
- on knowledge of pay
- per
- click campaigns, digital marketing strategies, strong creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast
- paced, dynamic environment.
A deep understanding of the seller community and their evolving needs, coupled with effective stakeholder management abilities, will be crucial for success in this role.
Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.
Key job responsibilities
• Designing and executing comprehensive pay per click campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn.T
• Managing budget and designing strategies for paid media channels.
• Fostering strong relationships with sellers, influencers, and industry partners to gather insights, identify event topics, and secure high
- caliber speakers and sponsors.
• Analyzing performance metrics to optimize the PPC strategy.
This data
- driven approach will ensure the campaigns deliver tangible results for internal stakeholders

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3
- 4 years of experience in events and marketing is preferred
- Experience in an analytical, results
- oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions
- oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly in the local language

Preferred Qualifications
- Innovative and creative with Web technologies to build high performing websites and .
Expert knowledge of JS & HTML is preferred
