Main Duties & Scope of the role

The College Engagement Marketing Support role exists to elevate the quality, consistency, and professionalism of StudyIns presence across Indias schools and colleges. Indias College Engagement channel is a critical early-intent source for Gen Z students. This role ensures our College Engagement teams are equipped with high-quality, brand-compliant marketing tools, presentations, and assets that reflect StudyIns premium positioning and deliver a consistent, trusted experience across all institutions. This is an execution-driven role focused on pre-event, on-ground, and post-event support, working directly with the College Engagement team to meet day-to-day marketing needs while maintaining rigorous brand standards. The person in this role enables the channel they do not own events, paid marketing, or content creation but they ensure every touchpoint is delivered professionally, consistently, and with operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

A. Equip the College Engagement Team for High-Quality Delivery

Maintain, update, and distribute a complete suite of school/college marketing materials, including pitch decks, leave-behinds, brochures, and toolkits

Ensure all materials present StudyIn as a trusted, premium brand with consistent visual identity, tone, and messaging.

Localise assets where needed (within brand guidelines) and ensure easy access for field teams.

B. Event & Visit Support (Pre, On-Ground, Post)

Support College Engagement teams across the full lifecycle of school and college visits:

Pre-event: registration assets, confirmation messages, briefing materials On-ground: support collateral, signage, presentations

Post-event: follow-up templates, handover documentation, data capture workflows

Ensure lead capture processes and HubSpot forms are accurate, compliant, and easy to use.

C. Maintain & Improve College Engagement Toolkits

Own the setup, versioning, and refinement of:

School and college pitch decks

SOPs for college visits

Event playbooks and checklists

Collateral templates

FAQs and guidance documents

Keep these resources up-to-date and aligned with Central Marketing updates.

D. Request Management & Workflow Delivery

Manage an incoming marketing request queue from College Engagement teams, ensuring timely, accurate delivery.

Coordinate requests with central creative, brand, and content teams when needed. Track request status, volumes, and delivery times for reporting.

E. Brand Governance & Compliance

Ensure all school/college-facing materials follow StudyIns brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.

Identify off-brand materials used in the field and support teams with compliant alternatives.

Conduct periodic checks and address inconsistencies proactively.

F. HubSpot & Data Support

Create and maintain HubSpot lead forms, event setups, and tracking for school visits.

Ensure clean data capture and correct routing to counsellors

Provide basic reporting for event outcomes, lead volumes, and follow-up performance.

G. Collaboration & Matrix Working

Work closely with:

College Engagement Sales leads

Central Brand, Creative and Content teams

Marketing Operations

India leadership teams

Ensure College Engagement needs are represented in central planning, templates, and brand updates.


About the Candidate (including required competencies)

Skills, Experience & Attributes

Experience

13 years in marketing coordination, field marketing, or marketing operations

Experience supporting event-heavy or field-sales teams preferred

Exposure to education, youth audiences, or institutional marketing advantageous


Technical Skills

HubSpot (forms, events, tracking, basic reporting)

Data tracking and simple reporting (Google Sheets, dashboards)

Strong organisational and documentation skills

Basic understanding of brand guidelines and how to apply them

Quality and brand compliance of materials used in schools/colleges

Volume and turnaround time of marketing requests close

Adoption rate of toolkits, SOPs, and standardised assets

Accuracy and completeness of HubSpot lead capture Reduction of off-brand materials used by College Engagement teams

Internal stakeholder satisfaction from the College Engagement team
