Marketing Executive Retail (FMCG/F&B Preferred)

Work Mode: Work from Office (3 days a week mandatory)

We Are Looking For:

A Retail Marketing professional with 2+ years of experience in FMCG/F&B or commodity brands who understands ATL & BTL execution, budget management, and retail market dynamics.

If you have worked with retail-driven brands, managed agencies, and handled marketing budgets this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute ATL & BTL campaigns across top 5 markets
• Drive Retail Marketing initiatives with measurable ROI
• Manage and coordinate with multiple external agencies
• Handle A&CP budget tracking, PO & invoice management
• Monitor dashboards, KPIs & performance metrics
• Analyse retail & consumer data to generate actionable insights
• Prepare monthly business performance reports
• Conduct market & competitor analysis
• Ensure seamless end-to-end project execution

Must-Have Experience

• Minimum 2 years in Retail Marketing
• Experience in FMCG / F&B industry (Highly Preferred)
• Exposure to commodity brands is a plus
• Strong Excel & data analysis skills
• Experience managing agencies & stakeholders
• Budget tracking & reporting experience

Preferred Profile

• Background in E-Commerce (added advantage)
• Fluency in Tamil / Telugu / Kannada (plus)
• Commercially sharp & consumer-focused mindset
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams
