Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Marketing Executive located in Maharashtra, India. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing market plans, and executing marketing strategies to promote the products of Guru Engineers. The role will involve active participation in sales activities, communication with clients, and understanding customer needs in the food machinery sector. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the team to ensure the achievement of business objectives and expansion of the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and identify opportunities
• Proficiency in Communication and the ability to build meaningful client relationships
• Experience in Sales and Marketing with a focus on driving product promotions and business expansion
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, adapt to dynamic market needs, and meet targets
• MBA/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical abilities
