Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Performance Marketing Executive to own demand generation, funnel optimisation, and marketing systems automation.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Management
- Design and optimize workflows: lead capture, segmentation, scoring, routing, and nurture
- Manage lifecycle stages (Lead MQL SQL Opportunity)
- Improve MQL to SQL conversion rates
- Maintain data hygiene and automation governance
- Hands-on experience with: Hubspot, market or related
Systems Integration & Automation
- Manage integrations between MAP, CRM, ad platforms, and analytics tools
- Troubleshoot sync issues and improve data accuracy
- Build automated alerts, reporting dashboards, and QA checks
Performance Marketing (B2B Focus)
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads
- Optimize for CPL, cost per SQL, and pipeline ROI
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and creatives
- Manage budgets and campaign pacing
Reporting & Funnel Analytics
- Build dashboards tracking funnel performance by channel
- Analyze conversion rates and pipeline velocity
- Present monthly performance insights with optimization roadmap
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 1-4 years in B2B demand generation / marketing ops / growth marketing
- Strong hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms
- Proven ability to improve funnel conversion rates
- Strong analytical and performance marketing expertise
- Comfortable working with Sales and Revenue teams
