Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Performance Marketing Executive to own demand generation, funnel optimisation, and marketing systems automation.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Management

  • Design and optimize workflows: lead capture, segmentation, scoring, routing, and nurture
  • Manage lifecycle stages (Lead MQL SQL Opportunity)
  • Improve MQL to SQL conversion rates
  • Maintain data hygiene and automation governance
  • Hands-on experience with: Hubspot, market or related

Systems Integration & Automation

  • Manage integrations between MAP, CRM, ad platforms, and analytics tools
  • Troubleshoot sync issues and improve data accuracy
  • Build automated alerts, reporting dashboards, and QA checks

Performance Marketing (B2B Focus)

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on:
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Optimize for CPL, cost per SQL, and pipeline ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and creatives
  • Manage budgets and campaign pacing

Reporting & Funnel Analytics

  • Build dashboards tracking funnel performance by channel
  • Analyze conversion rates and pipeline velocity
  • Present monthly performance insights with optimization roadmap


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 1-4 years in B2B demand generation / marketing ops / growth marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms
  • Proven ability to improve funnel conversion rates
  • Strong analytical and performance marketing expertise
  • Comfortable working with Sales and Revenue teams
