Role: Inside Sales / Business Development Executive (Inbound & Outbound)


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead & Query Management (Inbound & Digital):

  • Handle incoming calls, outbound calls, messages, emails, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries from prospects.
  • Manage a monthly lead volume of approximately 7001000 inquiries across all outreach channels.
  • Ensure prompt, clear, and professional responses to all prospect queries.
  • Weekly and monthly tracking of leads generated and interacted with.


2. Prospect Engagement & Qualification:

  • Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and assess lead quality.
  • Provide accurate information related to products/services and trade or manufacturing-related queries.
  • Route qualified leads to the relevant internal stakeholders or sales team.


3. Customer Communication & Relationship Building:

  • Maintain confident and fluent communication in English, both verbal and written.
  • Build rapport with prospects and ensure a positive brand experience at every touchpoint.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to nurture relationships and support conversions.


4. Database & CRM Management:

  • Maintain and regularly update a structured database of leads and prospects.
  • Record all interactions, notes, and lead status accurately in the CRM system.
  • Support database expansion through ongoing prospect interactions.


5. Outbound Calling & Follow-Ups:

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, lead nurturing, and campaign-related outreach.
  • Conduct value-driven conversations aligned with business and marketing objectives.


6. Marketing & Digital Coordination:

  • Leverage strong marketing and digital exposure provided by the organization to engage prospects effectively.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign execution and communication alignment.


7. Market Awareness & Knowledge Building:

  • Stay updated on general knowledge, current affairs, and trade/manufacturing trends relevant to prospect discussions.
  • Apply learnings from provided training and knowledge resources during client interactions.


8. Reporting & Internal Coordination:

  • Share regular updates on inquiry volumes, lead status, and prospect feedback.
  • Support internal teams with insights from customer interactions.


Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Excellent spoken and written English with high confidence on calls.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen interest in general knowledge and current affairs, especially related to trade, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate, Logistics, Infrastructure, or B2B sectors will be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable handling multi-channel communication (calls, WhatsApp, email, social media).
