Marketing Event Executive

About the Role:

We at #Ambuja_Neotia are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join our Corporate Events & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in conceptualizing, planning, and executing corporate events for malls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end planning and coordination of corporate mall events.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
• Draft and design internal communications, mailers, and creative content aligned with corporate tone and branding.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and event-related documentation.
• Maintain marketing calendars and event trackers.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/ Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 05 years of experience in corporate events or marketing (internship experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• Smart, confident, and highly presentable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Canva or design tools is a plus.
