Marketing Director

We are looking for a Marketing Director with deep expertise in Google Ads to lead our performance marketing strategy and drive sustainable business growth.

This role is for someone who understands Google Ads not just as a traffic channel, but as a core revenue engine someone who can think strategically, manage large budgets, and take full ownership of performance outcomes.

• Lead and execute the overall Google Ads strategy (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping)
• Manage and scale large advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, CPA, and profitability
• Design account structures, funnels, tracking, and attribution models
• Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with content, landing page, and product teams to improve conversion rates
• Build, guide, and mentor the performance marketing team

• 57+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads (mandatory)
• Proven experience managing large-scale ad budgets
• Solid understanding of tracking, conversions, GA4, Google Tag, and attribution
• Strong business mindset with a focus on measurable results
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for outcomes
