Marketing Director

The Director of Marketing is an executive leadership role responsible for end-to-end marketing strategy and operations, including demand generation, brand development, corporate communications, and growth marketing. This role leads a high-performing marketing team to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B marketing, proven experience in brand building and growth acceleration, and the ability to leverage modern marketing technologies and data-driven insights to influence demand and pipeline growth.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in B2B marketing environments
• Experience working in fast-growing organizations with measurable impact

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Own and lead the overall marketing strategy, with accountability for development, execution, and optimization across all channels
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives

Demand Generation & Growth

• Drive demand across paid and organic search, email, social media, events, and affiliate marketing
• Refine messaging and channel mix to effectively generate and convert demand
• Establish and manage key marketing KPIs, pipeline goals, and ROI metrics
• Continuously improve the sales pipeline through data-backed strategies

Brand, Content & Communications

• Lead brand development and positioning to increase market awareness and credibility
• Oversee content, social media, and communication strategies to strengthen community engagement
• Manage the development of creative campaigns for both brand-building and demand-generation initiatives
• Define the competitive landscape and evolve brand awareness through strategic positioning

Data, Analytics & Optimization

• Partner cross-functionally to gain deep insights into business metrics, performance data, and customer behavior
• Identify challenges, trends, and opportunities for experimentation and optimization
• Maintain a consistent framework for tracking, reporting, and communicating marketing performance

Partnerships & Innovation

• Identify, establish, and grow strategic marketing partnerships
• Lead research into new marketing tools, tactics, and technologies
• Improve and scale existing systems to support long-term growth
