About the role

We're looking for an all-purpose designer, who can help us with everything design. From AI video/image generation to 3D modelling, to motion graphics and graphic design. This role is perfect for someone whos super versatile with their skillsets and is well-versed in AI-design workflows (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo 3), design tools, and video editing. Along with this, we are looking for designers who leverage LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok) in their process to generate ideas and strategies.

As a Marketing Designer youll work closely with our team to research, prototype, and experiment with innovative ways AI can enhance the design processfrom ideation to execution. You'll help us stay ahead of the curve by navigating the fast-evolving landscape of generative models, creative automation, and intelligent design solutions. This isnt a typical creative role. Its an opportunity to think boldly, build creatively, and shape what marketing design and creative campaigns look like in the age of AI.

What You will do

• Create visual assets for digital and print (social media, digital marketing ads, and other marketing / brand collaterals)
• Work on brand videos and films for new product launches and campaigns
• Organize offline marketing initiatives, like activations, events or sponsorships
• Conceptualizing and executing end to end AI - Marketing Campaigns (Digital Marketing and Brand)
• Paving AI workflows to automate redundant design tasks
• Help maintain and organize design files and libraries
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Prepare presentation decks and visual documents
• Collaborate with designers and other teams (like PR or Product Design)
• Research design trends and inspiration to support creative work
• Shadow senior designers and learn industry best practices

What you will need

• Relevant education in graphic/visual design or related field
• Basic knowledge of design principles (illustration, color, typography, layout)
• Demonstrable graphic/visual design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Veo 3, Gemini, Grok etc.
• Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Suite (especially Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe After Effects)
