Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Design Lead who will own and evolve Simplismarts brand identity across all marketing channels. You will be responsible for ensuring every customer and partner touchpoint whether its our website, a pitch deck, or a LinkedIn post reflects a modern, and consistent Simplismart brand language.

Key Responsibilities

-Website Design Ownership & Upgrades

• Maintain and continuously enhance the Simplismart website using Webflow .
• Design, animate, and optimize visual assets

-Marketing & Social Media Design

• Create high-quality visual designs for LinkedIn posts , campaign creatives, and digital ads.
• Design motion/animated assets to increase engagement and brand recall.

-Content & Thought Leadership Support

• Lead design for Whitepapers, Blogs, and Case studies

-Sales & Investor Collaterals

• Design impactful sales pitch decks, investor update decks , and other collateral.
• Ensure all materials follow a consistent brand language and support storytelling clarity.

-Brand Identity & Design Language

• Define and evolve Simplismarts brand identity system (colors, typography, imagery, iconography).
• Establish and enforce design guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Drive creative consistency across digital, print, and event experiences.

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS / tech startups .
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) , experience with Webflow is a plus.
• Ability to design and implement animations and interactive assets for digital experiences.
• Experience creating marketing and sales assets (decks, social creatives, case studies).
• A strong portfolio showcasing design work that is modern, clean, and storytelling-driven .
• A self-starter who can balance strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution .
