At Unstoppable Creative Agency, we manage end-to-end brand execution for leading real estate clients. Were looking for aMarketing Coordinator who can take ownership of ground operations, vendor management, data systems, and execution workflows for our client Nirvana Realty .
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, reliable, and excellent at managing vendors, documentation, and real-time execution.
As a Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth coordination between vendors, internal teams, and on-ground activities for Nirvana Realty. You will manage invoices, track budgets, maintain internal systems, and serve as the point of contact for all external partners involved in marketing and project activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors for marketing collaterals, print production, events, and other deliverables.
- Oversee on-ground marketing execution, site branding, events, and installation activities.
- Manage invoices, payment follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with the finance team.
- Maintain marketing trackers, vendor databases, and project management systems.
- Collect data, collate reports, and update weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials by following up with vendors and internal teams.
- Act as the primary POC for vendors, agencies, and partner teams on behalf of Nirvana Realty.
- Support internal teams with coordination for shoots, events, and ground-level activations.
- Assist in logistics planning, approvals, budgeting, and resource management.
- 12 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or vendor management (real estate experience is a bonus).
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of marketing materials, print processes, and on-ground execution.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working onsite, traveling to locations, and handling on-ground activities when required.
- Ability to manage documentation, invoices, trackers, and reporting systems.
- Experience working with real estate developers or marketing vendors.
- Understanding of branding, site branding materials, and event execution.
- Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, project management tools, or workflow systems.
- Work closely with a major real estate client and manage high-impact marketing operations.
- Get hands-on exposure to ground execution, vendor ecosystems, and real estate marketing workflows.
