JeAmour Skin Clinic is looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator who can act as the central communication bridge between our founders, internal teams, and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, execution, and people management - not just posting content, but driving outcomes.

Your Core Role:

You will be the connective force of our marketing operations - ensuring alignment between leadership vision, calling team execution, and brand presence across platforms.

Team & Communication Management

• Act as the bridge between founders and execution teams
• Coordinate daily with the Calling / Sales team to align offers, campaigns, and follow-ups
• Translate marketing strategies into clear, actionable tasks for teams
• Ensure smooth internal communication and accountability

Social Media & Brand Management

• Manage and oversee social media branding (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with offers and campaigns
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators
• Maintain brand tone, aesthetics, and consistency across all platforms

Influencer Marketing

• Identify, onboard, and manage local & niche influencers
• Coordinate shoots, content timelines, deliverables, and approvals
• Track influencer performance and ROI
• Build long-term influencer relationships for brand growth

Strategy & Execution

• Assist founders in executing marketing ideas and launches
• Track campaign performance and report insights
• Ensure deadlines, budgets, and brand goals are met

What we're looking for:

• Min. 4 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand marketing, or growth roles
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Hands-on experience with social media and influencer campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders without chaos
• Organized, accountable, and execution-focused mindset
• Experience in beauty, wellness, skincare, or lifestyle brands is a plus
