At Wittypen, content is not treated as a one-off deliverable. We focus on building repeatable systems, clear processes, and strong delivery teams that allow content to perform consistently over time.

Alongside our core services business, we are also building Zerply.ai, an AI agent platform designed to help SEOs and marketers reduce repetitive work and focus on strategy. While this role is firmly rooted in Wittypen, you will be working in an environment that is closely connected to how content and AI are evolving.

This is a senior, lead role for someone who understands how content delivery actually works inside an agency.

As a Senior Content and Operations Specialist, you will own client projects end to end. You will work directly with clients on content planning and strategy, translate those plans into executable projects, and ensure delivery happens smoothly and on time.

Internally, you will be responsible for bringing structure to content operations and helping Wittypen scale without compromising quality.

• Own client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for content and SEO engagements
• Consult clients on content strategy, SEO-led planning, and execution roadmaps
• Plan, scope, and manage content projects across AI, SEO, B2B, SaaS, and tech categories
• Translate client goals into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Work closely with in-house and freelance writers to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery
• Review content outputs and maintain editorial and SEO quality standards
• Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and content guidelines
• Ensure internal processes support efficient and scalable delivery
• Contribute to client pitches by shaping delivery plans, workflows, and content approaches
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team building for writers and editors
• Monitor resourcing, delivery efficiency, and basic P&L considerations
• Work closely with leadership to improve how Wittypen scopes, prices, and delivers content services

• 5+ years of experience in a content, SEO, or marketing agency
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, managing multiple accounts or projects
• Strong understanding of SEO-driven content, editorial workflows, and content strategy
• Experience working with in-house teams and freelance writers at scale
• Ability to plan, manage, and deliver content projects end to end
• Comfort with building SOPs, guidelines, and operational processes
• Basic understanding of margins, resourcing, and delivery economics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and drive projects independently
• Based in Pune or willing to work from the Baner office
