Roles & Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the companys objectives, target audience and brand guidelines.
• Identify content creation opportunities based on the needs, preferences and behaviour of target audience, based on the latest industry trends/social media trends and based on the competitor analysis.
• Create and manage content calendars to deliver timely content across various digital platforms.

Content Development

• Plan and create campaigns to promote brand initiatives, products, investor education, etc. consistent with the content strategy.
• Creating high-quality and compelling content (articles, blogs, videos, infographics, social media posts, etc.) for the campaigns by collaborating with content team (designers, writers, videographers, freelancers and external agencies).
• Managing the content team to ensure that the content is created and distributed on time.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, brand tone, SEO best practices and industry compliance.

Content Distribution

• Develop strategies for content distribution and promotion for each platform to maximize its reach and impact.
• Identify appropriate channels, such as social media, email marketing, and partnerships, to amplify content visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions for the campaigns and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content performance.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends and evolving content formats to enhance content marketing initiatives continually.
