Who We Are

Age Stronger is a healthspan initiative dedicated to redefining how we age. We believe the years over 60 should be lived with strength, mental clarity, and joy. By blending modern medical science with time-tested wellness practices, we provide the community, tools, and experiences necessary for seniors to add life to their years.


We are looking for a versatile, creative, and driven individual to help us build this movement from the ground up. This is an ideal role for a recent grad looking for a meaningful part-time role or internship, but we're open to anyone passionate about our cause!


The Role

As our Marketing & Community Coordinator, you wont just be managing a page; youll be the heartbeat of our outreach. You will work directly with the co-founders to grow our community, manage events, and ensure our message reaches the people who need it most.


This is a "hands-on" role for a multi-tasker who enjoys both digital work and real-world interaction. You will:


  • Build the Community: Manage our social media calendar and create engaging content.
  • Make it Happen: Coordinate events/sessions across Bangalore and manage external vendors.
  • Drive Growth: Support lead generation through direct outreach, cold calls, and follow-ups as needed
  • Write & Create: Draft content that resonates deeply with our audience


We're hoping you're...

  • Based in Bangalore : You can commit at least 3 hours/day for a minimum of 3 months , meet with our co-founders in our Sadashivnagar (North Bangalore) office 2-3x a week , and attend our sessions & events as required
  • Holding a degree in Marketing, PR, or Communications, or can demonstrate expertise in this field
  • A communicator: You have exceptional English skills (written and spoken) and can talk to anyone from a 70-year-old grandmother to a professional vendor
  • A self-starter: You understand the "startup life." Youre happy to jump from designing a post to making a sales call.
  • Have a startup mindset - You're comfortable wearing many hats and taking initiative
  • Organized: You can keep track of multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat. You provide updates, make sure everything's on track, and help our busy founders stay on top of everything.
  • Creative (Bonus): If you have basic Canva or video editing skills, thats a huge plus!
