Marketing Communications Specialist

About Role:

As a Marketing Communication Specialists, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy and execution. From crafting engaging ad scripts to collaborating with stakeholders, you will ensure all content efforts align with our brand and growth objectives.

Location: South Delhi

Experience: 3-5 Years

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Non- Negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute creative content strategies for paid/unpaid campaigns across platforms.
• Plan, create, and execute content for social media (Instagram, YouTube).
• Write compelling scripts that align with the brand voice and captivate the target audience.
• Develop and manage user-generated content (UGC) campaigns to drive organic engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers and creators to produce authentic and engaging content.
• Leverage prior experience in startups or marketing agencies to adapt quickly and contribute to growth.
• Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute in fixing and moderating in-app and all forms of communication when needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Hindi & English, and a writer at heart.
• Proven experience in content strategy, marketing communication, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with creating content for paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others.
• Strong skills in scriptwriting for ads or creative storytelling.
• Familiarity with User Generated Content (UGC) as well as creative campaigns.
• Good communication and external stakeholder management abilities.
• Prior experience working in an early-stage startup/marketing/advertising agency is a must.
• Basic knowledge of creative direction, SEO and content distribution strategies.
• Having an understanding of how e-commerce or gaming apps work is a plus.
